PRIVACY POLICY

Opposite Lock Rockhampton (ABN 90 148 491 233) aims to provide its customers with the best possible products and services. We also want our customers to have confidence that we afford personal information an appropriate level of privacy, consistent with the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Opposite Lock Rockhampton will not use an identifier assigned by a Government agency or a Government contracted service provider as it own identifier.

Whenever it is lawful and practicable to do so, individuals have the option of not identifying themselves when entering into transactions with Opposite Lock Rockhampton.

8. TRANSBORDER DATA FLOWS
Opposite Lock Rockhampton does not transfer personal information about an individual internationally. However, if we were to do so it would be in accordance with the relevant National Privacy Principle.

9. SENSITIVE INFORMATION
Opposite Lock Rockhampton may collect sensitive information while recruiting new staff. This sensitive information will only be collected with the consent of the individual or if required by law. If an individual were to voluntarily complete an employment application form, Opposite Lock Rockhampton would consider this to be granting consent to collect and store the sensitive information.
